1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 499app ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "User") who accesses, registers with, or otherwise uses the services available at 499app.vip. By completing the registration process, depositing funds, placing any wager, or otherwise interacting with any feature of the 499app platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms should be read together with the 499app Privacy Policy (available at /privacy-policy) and the Responsible Gaming Policy (available at /responsible-gaming). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional communication issued by 499app, these Terms shall prevail unless the promotional communication explicitly states otherwise in writing.

499app reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at /terms-conditions. Players are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform after any revision constitutes full acceptance of the updated Terms.

1.1 Language of Agreement

These Terms are drafted in English. English is the authoritative language of this agreement. Any translation provided for convenience purposes does not constitute a separate legal agreement and will not be relied upon to interpret the parties' obligations.

1.2 Acceptance by Use

Registration of an account, deposit of any amount in Bangladeshi Taka, placement of any bet, or access to any game or sports market on the 499app platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms in their current version at the time of the relevant action.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account at 499app, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are using the platform on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not prohibited from gambling under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the 499app platform.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or close family member of any employee or contractor of 499app or its game provider partners.
• You are registering with truthful, accurate, and complete personal information.

2.1 Age Verification

499app reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card, passport, or driving licence issued by a recognised authority. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by the 499app support team may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawal until verification is completed.

2.2 Underage Registration

If 499app discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be immediately suspended. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the originating mobile wallet. Any winnings generated during the period of underage use will be forfeited in full. 499app will not pay out winnings to any individual who was under 18 years of age at the time those winnings were generated.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold exactly one registered account on the 499app platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, device fingerprints, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Accurate Information

All personal information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account. 499app relies on this information for identity verification, fraud prevention, and the processing of deposits and withdrawals. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 499app account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity carried out under your account credentials — whether by you or any third party who gains access — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your credentials have been compromised, you must contact the 499app support team immediately via live chat or at support@499app.vip.

3.3 Account Security Features

499app provides optional two-step login verification via SMS. Players are strongly encouraged to enable this feature to protect their accounts. 499app will never contact you requesting your password or full payment card details by any communication channel.

3.4 Updating Your Information

Players are responsible for keeping their account information up to date. Any change of registered mobile number, residential address, or associated payment wallet must be communicated to the 499app support team promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account information may cause delays in withdrawal processing and may constitute a breach of these Terms if the inaccuracy is discovered in the context of a verification request.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the 499app platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 499app accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following mobile wallet services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking), and Upay. No credit card, debit card, international bank transfer, or cryptocurrency deposits are accepted.

4.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 499app directly, though individual mobile wallet service providers may apply their own daily transaction limits which are outside 499app's control.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same mobile wallet account number used to fund the corresponding deposit ("same-wallet policy"). This policy is a mandatory anti-fraud measure and cannot be waived under any circumstances. Withdrawals to a different wallet number or a third-party wallet will not be processed.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours during normal operating conditions. During periods of high volume or system maintenance, processing times may extend. The 499app support team will communicate any known delays proactively via the registered contact details on the affected account.

4.3 Transaction Fees

499app does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals from the platform side. However, the mobile wallet service providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own transaction fees or charges, which are the sole responsibility of the player. 499app cannot be held liable for fees imposed by third-party payment providers.

4.4 Chargebacks & Reversed Transactions

Initiating a chargeback, reversal, or dispute with your mobile wallet provider in relation to a deposit made to 499app — when the deposit was in fact successfully received and credited to your 499app account — constitutes fraudulent conduct and is a material breach of these Terms. 499app will immediately suspend any account in respect of which a chargeback or reversal is filed and will pursue recovery of the relevant funds through all available channels.

5 Bonus & Promotional Policy

499app offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and cricket season specials. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotional page and communicated via the 499app support team upon request.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise, all bonus funds credited to a 499app account are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from those bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Players must wager the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, where specified) by the stated multiplier using real-money bets on eligible games before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings will be approved.

5.2 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotional terms will expire and be removed from the player's account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. The standard bonus validity period is 7 days from the date of credit unless the promotional terms specify a different period.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

499app monitors all bonus activity for signs of abuse. Practices that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus more than once; placing hedging bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk; using bonus funds on games that are excluded from wagering requirement contribution; and colluding with other players to exploit promotional mechanics. Detection of bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of the relevant bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

5.4 No Obligation to Offer Bonuses

499app reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. The availability of a particular bonus to one player does not create any obligation on 499app to offer the same bonus to all players. Bonuses are offered at 499app's sole discretion.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 499app platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 499app platform:

• Registering more than one account or allowing another person to use your account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or gain any unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Exploiting any software error, display fault, or platform vulnerability to place bets or generate winnings that would not be available under normal operating conditions.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity using the 499app platform.
• Colluding with other players in any game where such collusion provides an unfair advantage.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any member of the 499app support team or any other platform user.
• Attempting to circumvent any security, verification, or responsible gaming measure implemented by 499app.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other tool to mask your true location or identity for the purpose of circumventing eligibility restrictions.

6.1 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Any detection or reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct will result in one or more of the following actions at 499app's sole discretion: temporary account suspension pending investigation; permanent account closure; forfeiture of all account balances including deposits, bonuses, and winnings; reporting of the relevant conduct to appropriate authorities where legally required; and civil or criminal proceedings where applicable law permits.

6.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or game error that results in an incorrect display of odds, incorrect crediting of winnings, or any other anomalous outcome, 499app reserves the right to void the affected transactions and restore accounts to the state they were in immediately prior to the error occurring. 499app will not honour bets or winnings that arose as a direct result of a known technical error, regardless of whether the player was aware that an error had occurred.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

Players may request the closure of their 499app account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or at support@499app.vip. Upon receiving a closure request, 499app will process any pending withdrawal of the remaining real-money balance (subject to standard verification requirements) and close the account within 2 business days. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of any duration, including permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account is locked and no deposits, bets, or logins will be accepted. 499app will use reasonable technical measures to prevent re-registration during an active self-exclusion period. 7.3 Suspension or Closure by 499app

499app reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete age or identity verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering activity.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated by the player.
• Detection of bonus abuse or multi-accounting.
• Receipt of a court order, regulator direction, or law enforcement request.
• Extended account inactivity (no login or transaction for a period of 12 consecutive months).

In cases of account closure due to player misconduct, 499app reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance. In cases of closure for administrative reasons unrelated to player misconduct, the real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered mobile wallet within a reasonable timeframe.

7.4 Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if no login or financial transaction has occurred for 12 consecutive months. 499app will attempt to notify the player at their registered contact details before any administrative action is taken on an inactive account. A monthly inactivity administration fee of ৳200 may be deducted from an inactive account's real-money balance after the 12-month inactivity threshold is reached, subject to a minimum balance remaining. The account will be closed automatically once the real-money balance reaches zero.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 499app's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.1 No Warranty

The 499app platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 499app uses reasonable endeavours to maintain platform availability and performance, no warranty is given that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from interruption. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service provider outages, and force majeure events may cause temporary platform unavailability, for which 499app accepts no liability.

8.2 Gambling Losses

499app accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred by any player. Gambling inherently involves the risk of financial loss. By depositing funds and placing bets on the 499app platform, each player accepts this risk entirely. 499app strongly encourages all players to set a personal entertainment budget and to use the responsible gaming tools available in their account dashboard to manage their play within that budget. 8.3 Third-Party Services

The 499app platform integrates with third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi), payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), and infrastructure providers. 499app is not liable for any service failure, data loss, payment delay, or other adverse event attributable to the actions or omissions of these third-party service providers.

8.4 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of commercial fairness. Any unresolved dispute may be submitted to binding arbitration under rules agreed upon by both parties. Nothing in this clause limits 499app's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction in connection with the protection of its intellectual property or prevention of fraud.
